[iv] + xxx + [2] + 257 + [5] blank [&] [iv] + 303 + [5] blank [&] [v] + lv + [1] + 162 + [4] blank, with half titles, illus with engraved frontispiece in vol III only (leaf after title in vol II removed; prelims a little toned; previous owner's engraved card on front paste-downs; no inscriptions).
