[x] + 512 + [2] blank, with half title and publisher's advertisement on yellow paper bound in before half title, pages printed in double columns, illus with engraved portrait frontispiece with tissue guard (previous owner's armorial bookplate on front paste-down and neat inscription in contemporary hand on front prelim).
