Original gilt lettered quarter bound dark blue and gilt spine cloth with light grey paper-laid boards (Fine), pictorial slipcase (lightly worn at top corner - otherwise VG). Pp. x + 90, illus with 2 wood engravings by Reynolds Stone, b&w print and coloured endpapers by Henry Moore (no inscriptions; with publisher's prospectus loosely inserted).
